In most cases we work by following a special procedure, with a design methodology. We do this to make our work process as rational and efficient as possible. It includes workshops, user tests, shape and design studies, functional models, interaction interfaces and surface engineering.
The questions we need answers to include, what are the customer’s and user’s requirements, needs, expectations and preferences? What is the objective of the work, how long is the useful life of the product and what economic frameworks apply?
We draw up ideas and proposals in various stages of a project and discuss them with the customer; together we decide which of the proposals to further develop.
